Text Box: With over 18 years specialised experience, Sarah is a highly skilled Recruitment Manager with experience in placing market leading professionals with a number of blue chip and SME companies across the UK. Having studied A levels, Sarah moved into studying Radiography before starting her career in Media and Advertising. It was in 1988 that Sarah found her perfect role within IT Recruitment, with one of the UK’s leading recruitment agencies.  Here she spent 5 years specialising in the contract IT market before being headhunted to join the Leeds office of Europe’s leading IT&T agency.  As her knowledge and specialism grew, Sarah branched out into the permanent recruitment market, building up strong relationships with her clients and candidate’s in and around the West Yorkshire area. Following her husbands move to the Midlands, Sarah made the internal move to the Solihull office, and successfully focused on recruiting contract and permanent staff to the Midlands market. Then, in 1997, Sarah moved to a smaller Midlands based agency with the remit to supply IT Staff across the UK.  In the following nine years she worked with some of the UK’s leading organisations supplying professionals from the field of Operations, Supply, Development, Analysis, and Management.  Her recruitment specialism allowed her to recruit across sectors, including logistics, retail, software houses, finance, travel and manufacturing. Sarah has always been known for her ethical and honest approach, and her tenacious style ensures that her client and candidates receive a firm and steadfast service. Married with two children, Sarah understands the importance of a good work/life balance from first hand experience.  This enables her recruitment style to be consultative, not pushy.  She set up SandPiper Recruitment Limited in order to focus a high quality service to her clients, who are looking for a partner to deliver against their recruitment needs, with a personal touch.
